It seems like mpg123 can't convert mp3s to wave without opening

This bug seems to be fixed in mpg123 0.59r-10 (now in both testing and
unstable). I can't reproduce it, and the code now seems to check that
it's in DECODE_AUDIO mode before opening the audio device.
