Request to join the team

Hi python team,

I'd like to join the python team. I'd like to offer a hand, if needed,
help to bring the python-pylsp to v1.13.1 and python3-ruff to 0.14.5.

I've read and accept the Debian Python Team - Policy [1].

I also have created an salsa account, which is now pending approval.
