RFS: python-hepunits/2.3.6-1 [ITP] -- Units and constants in the HEP system of units

Hi, I have packaged SciKit-HEP's hepunits package and is now available on mentors.debian.net [1] and needs a sponsor to review and package it.

SciKit-HEP is a community project for High Energy Physics [2] and hepunits is a python library for units and constants in the HEP system of units.

The package has been built and tested with sbuild and piuparts with both tests indicating a pass and no lintian errors, logs can be found here [7]
