Hello, my name is Marcos and I would like to join the Debian Python Team. I am currently studying Software Engineering at the University of Brasilia.
I discovered Debian through a course at my college. Its premise is to encourage students to contribute to open source projects. I and other students were given the opportunity to learn about packaging from some Debian Maintainers, who were very friendly and
patient in teaching us how to contribute.
Along the way, my packages happened to be mostly in Python , also my favorite, Hovercraft. So, I would like to join the Debian Python Team to be an uploader and adopt this package.
