Fwd: [bts-link] source package src:backintime

Hello Folks,
I still struggle with the bug system. I got this mail. What does it mean? Can someone translate this for human begins?

I see no relevant context in the linked mailing list mail from year 2006.

And what triggers such mails?

Regards,
Christian Buhtz
