sparc64/hurd FTBFS fix for prcryptodome

Hello Debian Python team,

I was pushed pycryptodome FTBFS fix in Debian bug 1072992.
  [pycryptodome: FTBFS: cannot find -lasan and -lubsan on loong64,
sparc64 and other architectures]

This fix was mostly worked, but not on sparc64 and hurd.

I made one more fix for those platforms.
