Updating python-pint, and python-pint vs python-babel

Hi folks

The version of python-pint currently in sid is not compatible with the version of python-babel, with the version of babel being too new. The result is that pint currently FTBFS in sid: #1022469.

The pint package has received a substantial update from its upstream authors. This new version of pint is still _not_ compatible with babel>2.8 but does sort out some problems with babel. A couple of tests need to be xfailed with a patch to let it build. That's a clear indication that we're ignoring problems not solving them, but it's better than the current situation of not having pint in bookworm at all.

The advantage of updating python-pint is that it is closer to working with the babel we have in sid. Updating pint also permits other packages to build (like superqt). I've got updated packages for python-pint (0.20.1-1) and superqt (0.4.0-1) ready to upload.

It's not perfect but seems like a step forward. Thoughts?

cheers
Stuart
