Hi Craig,

Either we don't have enough details about net-snmp, or you're trying to
push for not-valid-yet-another-exception.

Could you explain exactly what this perl module bug is? How is this
related to a Python package? Why would we make an exception with
net-snmp? Please re-read the excellent contribution from Neil Williams
in this thread, and explain again why we have a special case... :)
