Please remove repositories for python-pytz and pyomo from Salsa

Hi,

I realised that

   https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/modules/python-pytz

is hanging around on Salsa but should not.  Pytz os packaged as python-tz
(see #836261) so this repository should vanish.

I please also remove

   https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/applications/pyomo

Pyomo was removed from Debian.  The Debian Science team wants to
re-introduce it and has continued the packaging[1] in Debian Science
repository since all interested persons are members of this team.  So
please remove the outdated repository.
