that's correct. pybuild installs into versioned directory by default,
but dh_python3 moves it (after tagging .so files) into unversioned one
later.
My suggestion is: do nothing and it will work
If you really want to change it in pybuild, use --destdir or
PYBUILD_DESTDIR or PYBUILD_DESTDIR_python3
