 Setup scripts can use pytest-runner to add setup.py test support for pytest
 runner.

Will package this as part of the Debian Python Modules Team. Is required
by Django Guardian.

For some reason thought this was already in Debian, however I can't find
it.

The only indication I can see that this is Expat/MIT licenses is:

https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest-runner/blob/master/setup.py#L43

Which contains:

        "License :: OSI Approved :: MIT License",

Not sure if this is adequate for Debian or not. If this is sufficient, I
have a working package that I can upload.
