Stefano has put up sample migrations before, although by now they're pretty old. I don't remember the URL unfortunately. I think the delay is mostly just due to time constraints. If you're able to get an svn dump of the current DPMT svn repo, using the code at the URL I posted before, you can do a local migration. It doesn't take that long.
