Failed to switch to pybuild for dicompyler

Hi,

I tried to use dicompyler and followed the hint I had received in a
similar case[1] and used:

DEBPKGNAME     := $(shell dpkg-parsechangelog | awk '/^Source:/ {print $$2}')
export PYBUILD_INSTALL_ARGS=--install-lib=/usr/share/$(DEBPKGNAME) --install-scripts=/usr/share/$(DEBPKGNAME)

Unfortunately this ended up in

Installing dicompyler script to /home/andreas/debian-maintain/repack/dicompyler/dicompyler-0.4.2/debian/dicompyler/usr/share
error: [Errno 21] Is a directory: '/home/andreas/debian-maintain/repack/dicompyler/dicompyler-0.4.2/debian/dicompyler/usr/share/dicompyler'

which I can't understand.  The full packaging is in SVN
