At least in theory, it's not safe. If python2.7-minimal is unpacked, but
libpython2.7-minimal is not (yet) unpacked, then all pyclean can do is:
Could not find platform independent libraries <prefix>
Consider setting $PYTHONHOME to <prefix>[:<exec_prefix>]
ImportError: No module named site
dpkg: error while cleaning up:
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
