Your get-orig-source target tries to support being invoked from any 
directory, but this doesn't work: 

$ ../trunk/debian/rules get-orig-source
py3versions: error parsing Python-Version attribute
uscan --noconf --force-download --rename --download-current-version --destdir=. ../trunk/debian//..
make: *** [get-orig-source] Error 1

(I'm not sure I understand what happened here. Maybe it's a bug in 
uscan?)

Please merge changelog entries for 2.0+dfsg1-1 and 2.0-1.
