Help with conversion to dh_python2 needed

Hi,

I tried to fix #616887 and commited some intermediate packaging stuff to

  Vcs-Svn: svn://svn.debian.org/svn/debian-med/trunk/packages/mgltools/bhtree/trunk/

When trying to build the package I get:

   dh_python2

    msg = msg % self.args
TypeError: not all arguments converted during string formatting
make: *** [binary] Error 3


Unfortunately I have no idea how to fix this.

Any help is welcome
