I did.
i read http://python-modules.alioth.debian.org/python-modules-policy.html
and i saw in joining the team point that request has to be send to debian-python@lists.debian.org.
that's why i send this mail to the debian-python mailing list.

Then visit http://alioth.debian.org/projects/python-modules/ and ask to
join the team, one of the administrators will take care of the approval.
