Butchered python configuration ...
Okay this is ungraceful entrance to this mailing list but I hope that
someone can help.
I seem to have butchered my default Python install somewhat. The
server is running Debian 'etch' and I wanted to make python2.5 the
default install, so I decided to link python2.5 to python in /usr/bin
? But I was a bit flustered and under pressure and made some changes
which I can't remember the sequence of now. Before I go any further
I'm not sure whether this can be fixed or it might be simpler
(although I've never done it) to completely remove Python and start
fresh?
The present state of /usr/bin:
