Outdated Python-related packages in Debian

My crystal ball, eh, my package tracker told me, that there are many
outdated Python-related packages in Debian. I filtered false
positives. (e.g. version parsing got it wrong, version packaged in
Gentoo/FreeBSD is alpha/beta, etc.)
