some comments:

- please don't references example packages, which you would have to
  install to make sense of the policy.

- "this" section should be clarified. Do you mean id="programs"?

- the reference "module_packages" is unclear. What do you exactly
  mean?

  - Support Only The Default Version
  - Support a Particular Version(s)
