well, of course you are right, but both pycmail and grc are my
packages and I am an upstream author as well, so I 
was referring to these two programs (and I am going to change 
the licence of grc from GPL to something suitable, although
I think GPL is perfectly acceptable, but what would not one
do to make rms happy, right? <half wink>).
