Python/Zope Broken in frozen distribution

I recently upgraded my installation of the currently frozen distribution of
Debian and it broke Zope.  Apt-get reports 8 files it can't upgrade because
of missing dependencies.  In particular python-base wants "libdb1.85".  Is
this possibly some kind of typo for libdb1 version 1.85?

In the meantime, any attempt to run "zopectl start" gets the following
error:

Starting Zope...inconsistent dedent
  File "/usr/sbin/zope-z2", line 571
    else:
        ^
SyntaxError: invalid token
 failed.
