Package: debian-timeline
Version: 17
Severity: normal
I am able to see the timeline OK using Iceweasel 8. But, on the same
machine, all other browsers I tried only show an empty timeline, with no
entries.
I am not familiar with these other browsers and did not investigate this
much, but I see the following errors in Chromium:
XMLHttpRequest cannot load
file:///usr/share/debian-timeline/xml/events.xml?30636. Cross origin
requests are only supported for HTTP.
simile-ajax-bundle.js:1541TypeError: Cannot read property
'documentElement' of null "XmlHttp: Error handling onReadyStateChange"
simile-ajax-bundle.js:1543Uncaught XmlHttp: Error handling

simile-ajax-bundle.js:2613Uncaught Error: NETWORK_ERR: XMLHttpRequest
Exception 101

resource
Unsafe JavaScript attempt to access frame with URL
chrome://chromewebdata/ from frame with URL
file:///usr/share/debian-timeline/index.html. Domains, protocols and
ports must match.
By the way, the HTML is apparently invalid.
