Just to be clear.
I pick up 13.1 from Debian Unstable and add the translations and release
13.1+NUM.
Some "edits" sounds like you are preparing a new version? In this case
it is more sensible that you make a regular upload, and if there a
text changes, to call for translation updates (I can do this) and then
make a 2nd upload with the updated translations?
