The archive side of the point release has now finished, and an extra
mirror update is in progress, so packages should start appearing on
mirrors in the next couple of hours or so.

Please feel free to send out the announcement at a convenient point.

Note that we ended up not including the ca-certificates update. I've
removed it from the English and French versions of the files in
publicity-announcements, but wasn't sure if anything else needed doing.
