How about the design by Agnieszka Czajkowska that was presented at
DebConf9? People at the presentation at DebConf9 thought it was
beautiful (including myself) but folks on the mailing lists had some
criticism and I don't think Agnieszka ever came back to Debian after
that, even when she was CCed :(
