Debian everywhere at Plovdiv military prosecution

Hello there,

Debian readers might be interested to learn that the Military
Prosecutor's office in the Bulgarian province of Plovdiv seems to use
Debian by default [1]. I'm trying to get more details out of the IT
adminstrator and will write updates when possible.
