Isn't this ambiguous? For non-native English speaker like Japanese, it looks updates for stable section is announced on the list. But it is not correct, isn't it? For such purpose, people use debian-security-announce@lists.debian.org [2]. Properly speaking, updates for "stable-update section" is announced on debian-stable-announce@lists.debian.org [3], isn't it? In this statement, "stable updates list" is linked to the page of debian-stable-announce@lists.debian.org.
