This issue of Debian Project News was edited by Francesca Ciceri,
Jeremiah C. Foster, David Prévot, Alexander Reichle-Schmehl, Alexander
Reshetov and Justin B Rye [64].
Thanks for these news, but are you sure that Justin B Rye edited this
issue?
I don't see any commit and I didn't see any request for review on
debian-publicity.
Yes, the review call has unfortunately been forgotten. I think it's also
unfortunate to associate Justin's name with an issue that might bring a
fair amount of incorrect en_BY, en_IT, en_DE, en_FR and even worst stuff.

Maybe should we simply sign as “the publicity team“, without the risk of
adding people who didn't edit anything, or forget people who did edit an
issue.
I think it's important to list the names of contributors. Credit is important to motivate volunteers to do such a temporal and thankless job. I don't see much credit for DPN contributors given except at the end of each issue. I see tolimar mentioned on http://www.debian.org/News/weekly/index.en.html and that's all. If we talk about "the publicity team", there should be a reference that shows who that is. But I recommend to keep listing people involved in each issue so that existing contributors are motivated to keep contributing, and new contributors feel appreciation from their first contribution.

However getting this accuracy needs time. So we should choose between switching to no credits or general credits and taking the time to thank each contributor for each issue. The latter will need more manpower, but proper credits contribute to attract manpower, so I think it's the right choice.
