Right, but then I don't think that handing out wordpress accounts to all
DD is a solution either.

The simplest thing to do is to continue to use this mailing list for
wording of proposals (+ pad.debian.net or whateever) and then someone cut
& paste it in wordpress. A blog entry is nothing more than some bits of
HTML. Even plain text works well as Wordpress does some automatic
management of paragraphs.
