New contributors in DPN?
Hi,
UDD now provides the list of new contributors to Debian (= when people
did their first upload). It might be interesting to list those in
addition to new DDs/DMs.

Note that there could be some duplicates in case someone uses several
email addresses/names, so it's better to do a manual search in the list
before mentioning someone in DPN. An example is "Wences René Arana
Fuentes" who is listed as making his first upload on 2010-08-16, but
already made one on 2010-06-24 (with "Rene" instead of "René").
The data behind the list is updated daily.
