Please help promote the 1st mini-DebConf Taiwan(possible become the 2nd Asia mini-DebConf?)

Dear folks,
Here is a mini-DebConf in Taiwan. The wiki page for this event:

Since there are 2 DDs in Taiwan and at least 4 DDs from other countries
would like to attend ICOS in Taiwan in the end of Sep. It is a great
opportunity to have the 1st mini-DebConf in Taiwan.
And there is a budget flight from Bangkok to Taipei going to start from
25 Sep morning. And inexpensive flights from Hong Kong, Korea and Japan.
So if we would have more DDs from Thailand or other Asia countries. We
should call it 2nd Asia mini-DebConf then. :)
