Administrative prohibition on press@debian.org

While trying to email about The number of etch installations is rocketing,
I received the following bounce from smtp4.tcw.telecomplete.net:

  press@debian.org
    SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
    host master.debian.org [70.103.162.29]: 550 Administrative prohibition
  Date: Tue, 22 May 2007 10:54:19 +0100

I suspect this may impair the function of the press team.  Can someone
make sure they are getting emails, please?
