Might I suggest that we link a specific version of the page rather than
the topmost version? I don't think that wiki.d.o has to deal with the
same level of vandalism as Wikipedia, but it strikes me as a reasonable
precaution. Incidentally, does MoinMoin support linking to older
versions of a page?
