An Opportunity with Sparc/Intel

I read the article at

about Intel taking over Sparc from Compaq. I wonder if intel would be warm
to making Debian an installed operating system choice on their new line of
computers?

(And maybe we could also get some help from them on our Sparc porting
efforts?)
