I think some more info as susggested by Joey is really needed. Plus, could
we try and get all documents in debian.org addresses? I can't think why
just adding public_html directories in master wouldn't be enough. This is
not to say that other sources should not be named but there should be an 
official sort of copy in a debian.org machine.
