Need "100% Free Software" logo

Would anyone like to work on a "100% Free Software" logo? The concept
I have for this is:

	A scale. One one side is a money bag labelled with a dollar sign.
	On the other side is a CD disc. The CD is much heavier than the
	money bag, and has pulled its side of the scale down.

It would be really nice if someone could produce this for us so that we
don't have to contract a commercial artist.
