xfig version of the official logo

[Enrique Zanardi <ezanardi@noah.dfis.ull.es>]

Now that we have an official logo (a good one IMO), I thought it would be
nice to have a "vectorized" version, so I've used xfig to draw the one
that is attached to this message. This version also has the right name
for the distribution (Debian GNU/Linux).
