A simple comment :
The main point was the state not installed of mesa-drm-shim ; I
was approximately investigating following some forum (that's the
why of choose of backports version of kernel and firmwares), but
I may guess that a simple installation of mesa-drm-shim in the
same "version" (backports or not) of kernel and firmwares is
enough.
N.B. my processor usage rise of few percent since (was rarely
out of 1% before, and now work as it want out of that "limit" ;
it seems quite happy of my change and enjoy working now).

the consumption of ram seems to come
after viewing video in streaming with Firefox, (and the
memory bleeding rise proportionally with streamings video
viewed by Firefox)
very not sure about solution, neither about my personal
identification of the real problem.
