First, a few observations:
The 'Project' mailing list is intended only for project-related project-wise discussions.
We only support Debian. If you're having issues with Ubuntu, you should contact them instead.
For Debian users support, use <debian-user@lists.debian.org>.
You can also try the IRC channel #debian on irc.debian.org (irc.oftc.net).
