The registration link at this discussion is for residents in Albania applying for reimbursement for their travel and accommodation costs. Attending DokuTech is for free and people not living in Albania and/or not applying for reimbursement should first register at the official website http://doku.tech/

Diellza, Elena and I are Debian GSoC students in Prishtina and we will definitely be there and would welcome any support from the community and help you plan your visit.

We have an RTL-SDR.dongle from Daniel Pocock to demonstrate debian hams software like GQRX. We do not have any t-shirts or stickers and if anybody can bring them or help us produce them we would love to share them.
