.. and, of course, this should read "Debian FTP Master", not "Debian
Policy". Thanks to Sean Whitton and Benjamin Seidenberg for pointing
this out via private email.

I trust that this follow-up combined with the underlying intent of my
original delegation is clear enough that a follow-up to -announce would
be unnecessary... :)
