If you mean will it be 100% conforming, my guess is never. It's a pretty
broad standard and reasonably out-dated. Debian is also dependent on
what upstreams do or don't do.

The bits I've looked into are the utilites, because that's the space I
play in. I can tell you that nothing is 100% compliant, but we don't go
out of our way to not be either.

As a guideline its ok, but for my area that's about it.
That doesn't mean there are other parts of the standard that are
completely awesome; I just don't read those parts.
