DMUP out-of-date practises

Hey,

DMUP[1] still mentions rsh/telnet: "Please use ssh/scp if at all possible rather than less secure alternatives (rsh, telnet or FTP)."

It should be stronger than "if at all possible", or even better just remove all mention of rsh or telnet.
