Re: DEP5: Format example patch

Hello! I noticed that recently all the Format lines in the DEP5
examples changed to "http://dep.debian.net/deps/dep5/";. But there is
still one Format line in the spec that uses the old svn URL. Below is a
tiny patch to fix that.

However... I'd also just like to clarify what the plan is for 'bumping'
the format version with this new Format scheme? The spec says that when
short license names are added or removed, the spec's Format line will
change. There's not obvious space for that in the new format.

I did notice that change to, but I for one did not embrace that particular bit of it: A debian/copyright file might have a long lifespan, and it makes little sense to me to claim conformance with an *unversioned* format location.

I therefore recommend to instead switch to the versioned format again, which also - now that we are back to Subversion - fits within 72 chars:

Format: http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/dep/web/deps/dep5.mdwn?rev=162
