To the benefit of random lurkers: donating to Debian [1] is also a way
to (indirectly) sponsor this and other sprints. We do use Debian money,
coming from donations, to support this kind of events. The reason is
that they are one of the best way to support volunteers in getting
Debian tasks done and in strengthening our community. See [2] for more
details.
Sprint-specific sponsoring can be arranged, and acknowledged
appropriately, for companies or other entities that would like to help
Debian in specific areas.
