Dear Yaroslav,

I really think that this information should be in another file. So far, we have
packages in our archive that contain it in debian/reference, debian/references
or debian/upstream-metadata.yaml.

Also, I am working on loading the same bibliographic information in the UDD. I
completed tests on an off-line copy, and the code is already in the SVN sources
of the UDD.  In the short term, I am lacking time to do what is necessary to
get the data loaded for real, but I hope I can work on this in December.

Would you be interested in this approach ?
