at least for me, NEW is a major source of fustration. And for new people
to debian, DAM is also. I remember from being there myself.
There are other major sources as well, including clueless Debian
developers and stupid requirements of copyright files.
sometimes, I look at a issue and think that the correct solution here is
a package split, but I often end up working around it in other ways,
just because of NEW.
