OpenOffice.ORG is free software (as in free speech). the Lizenz is LGPL
(Lesser General Public Lizenz).
You can use, study, share and improve it for any propose.
But there is a trademark on the Name and the Logo of OpenOffice.org.
As an Example IBM has an own Name for this Produkt "Lotus Symphonie".
I doubt that it is a good idea to use different manes for nearly the
same produkt. there are only very small differences between them.
Each distribution has the freedom to take the parts they want to
implement. That is freedom.
So take the freedom and use OpenOffice.org in the version you want.
