Yes, the plussed address are an excellent filter.
$ grep '[^+]debian-packages@zugschlus' /var/log/exim4/mainlog | wc -l
177
$ grep 'mh+debian-packages@zugschlus' /var/log/exim4/mainlog | wc -l
157
$
The 157 include all legitimate e-mail.
